Job summary

Yokohama TWS in Iowa seeks a maintenance technician to perform machine changeovers, adjust settings, and carry out routine maintenance and greasing of components. You will check dimensions, verify functionality, and record data in the control card to ensure equipment meets specification.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, knowledge of machines and parts, forklift certification, crane training, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge about machines and adjusted parts.
• Good knowledge of technical documentation.
• Forklift Certification.
• Crane operating training.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Check tools and components for change over.
• Take care of spare parts for machine setting.
• Machine setting regarding to the specification.
• Check measurable dimensions of adjusted machine according to specification.
• Check and validate proper functionality of the adjusted machine and record data in the control card.
