Job summary

Primera Engineers is actively seeking a project manager to lead and coordinate multi-discipline efforts across projects of moderate scope. The role involves planning, setting milestones, managing delivery, and ensuring on-time, on-budget completion while facilitating contract negotiations.

You will also contribute to marketing efforts, participate in business development, and nurture client and sub-consultant relationships to deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or professional certifications may substitute experience.
• 5–10 years of engineering, design, or construction project experience; utilities experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project; CAD methods knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects across multiple disciplines for moderate scope projects or a mix of smaller projects.
• Assist with project planning, milestones, and objectives; manage deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Review and help execute project agreements; assist in contract negotiations or preparation.
• Support marketing objectives, business development efforts, and proposal participation.
• Represent Primera in client meetings and maintain sub-consultant relationships for strong client service.
