Job summary

Primera seeks a seasoned project manager to lead initiatives across electrical, civil, and structural engineering for utilities. You will coordinate multiple disciplines on projects of moderate scope and mentor staff and clients to ensure success.

You will collaborate with marketing, review contracts, and help manage risks while delivering on time and within budget. A strong client focus and CAD/MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in engineering, design, or construction.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Direct experience with utilities on power delivery projects.
• Familiarity with CAD methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, coordinating multiple disciplines on moderate-scale programs.
• Assist with project planning, milestones, and objectives.
• Review project agreements and support contract negotiations or preparation.
• Contribute to marketing and business development efforts.
• Develop and maintain client and sub-consultant relationships to deliver high-quality service.
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities to achieve client satisfaction.
