Job summary

DCCM is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to support its utility practice. You will organize documentation, track submittals, support engineering reviews, and communicate with utility representatives and agency staff. On-the-job training will equip you with specialized knowledge.

You’ll manage multiple commercial service projects, coordinate meetings, build strong customer relationships, and help refine program processes to improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in utilities design or permitting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial service project inquiries and coordinate requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely communication and progression.
• Assist with project setup, scheduling, and coordination.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Coordinate meetings and workflow among cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with operations, business development, project managers, and technical teams.
• Support permitting reviews and submittals to jurisdictional agencies.
