Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking an Internal Services Specialist in Columbia, SC for a 12-month temp assignment. You will support invoice data collection and document management for utility providers across the United States and Canada, handling high-volume calls and maintaining processes with accuracy.

The role emphasizes collaboration, professional communication, and opportunities to grow within a global workforce solutions leader. A strong focus on meeting KPIs and SOPs is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar phone and data-based role.

Responsibilities

• Contact utility providers via phone, email, fax, and online channels to obtain missing invoice information.
• Review data points to determine which invoices need to be obtained and update internal systems with completed tasks and relevant information.
• Negotiate fee waivers and due-date extensions with providers when required.
• Communicate clearly and accurately with internal and external stakeholders while meeting established KPI and SOP requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and escalate non-routine or complex issues to senior team members.
