Colorado Springs Utilities seeks a Project Manager II to join our Projects and Programs Department’s Distribution & Collection Infrastructure Project Management Group. You will manage small to medium-sized, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation through closure, including scopes, schedules, budgets, procurement, contracts, resources, and risk across multiple projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary utility infrastructure projects/programspreferred
• Knowledge of PM methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
• PMP certification is desirable.

• Independently manage multiple small/medium projects with organizational impact.
• Develop and implement project plans including scope, risk, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources (contractors and vendors).
• Develop and manage budgets and cost-control measures.
• Communicate with stakeholders and report project status.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
