Job summary

4p-Consulting-Inc. seeks a Distribution Project Coordinator II to manage utility distribution projects from planning through execution. You will support PMs, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with quality and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong coordination, scheduling, documentation, and communication skills with preference for experience in the utility or energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting utility, energy, infrastructure, or similar technical projects preferred.
• Strong planning, scheduling, tracking, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support distribution projects related to electric, gas, or water utility infrastructure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, timelines, and objectives with engineers.
• Serve as a central contact between project teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track activities, deliverables, milestones, issues, and risks.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports.
• Support procurement activities and vendor coordination.
• Promote safety compliance and quality standards across projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while preserving schedule and quality.
