Professional Contract Services, Inc. is seeking a General Maintenance Worker for Ft. Knox, Kentucky.

You will perform minor adjustments and repairs across plumbing, electrical, waste systems, and building components to support the Utility Dept. The role reports to the Mechanical & Utility Supervisor, with typical hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Eligible candidates must be able to pass background checks and possess a Kentucky Real ID driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in maintenance.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Perform minor adjustments and repairs to plumbing, electrical, waste systems, building components, doors, windows, door systems, light carpentry, and roof systems.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, unclog drains and sewers.
• Maintain water heaters, sump pumps, backflow preventers, and water softeners.
• Maintain tanks and chemical injector pumps.
• Maintain sprinkler systems and dining facility appliances.
• Perform preventative maintenance and simple repairs; complete paperwork.
