Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a General Maintenance Associate to join our military housing team at Cambe’s Crossing, Fort Campbell, KY. You will perform maintenance across rental units, office buildings, grounds, and parking areas, handling mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet driving records standards.
• Basic familiarity with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades.
• Ability to provide basic tools and equipment for daily duties.
• Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.
• Sharp customer service skills.
• Ability to read and write in English to understand instructions and take direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and complete maintenance work.
• Transport, install and connect appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Load and unload trucks and other conveyances.
• Move supplies and materials to proper locations.
• Repair and fabricate window and door screens and frames.
• Operate power tools and lawn mowers; perform ground maintenance.
• Respond to after-hour emergencies and urgent repairs.
• Update work order status with time, materials, and notes on mobile devices.
