Job summary

PCSI is seeking a Cadet Command General Maintenance Worker at Fort Knox, KY. The position involves minor repairs and preventive maintenance across plumbing, electrical, structural components, doors, windows, and roofs, reporting to the Cadet Command Supervisor.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm with occasional overtime, weekends, and special events. A high school diploma or GED and at least six months of maintenance experience are required, along with the ability to lift 50 lbs and

• At least six months of maintenance experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs; perform maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in minor building maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
• Clean and maintain mechanical rooms; perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs.
• Repair or replace doors, windows, lighting, flooring, walls and ceilings as needed.
• Paint structures and equipment; assist with roofing and ceiling work.
