Qualifications

• Current HVAC license is required.

• Proficient with basic computers and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose and repair HVAC systems and parts.
• Repair issues like no heat, no AC, and airflow problems.
• Replace parts and potentially full HVAC systems.
• Respond to service calls and property management needs.
• Transport and install appliances and connect utilities.
• Update work orders with time and materials on mobile device.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and ensure job site cleanup.
• Work professionally with customers and staff.
