Job summary

You will respond to work orders, document completion within one working day, identify issues, and keep environments safe, clean, and functional while coordinating with coworkers, facility managers, and residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed plumber preferred or required depending on agency requirements.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or related maintenance fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout designated buildings and facilities.
• Complete electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and other facility-related repairs.
• Respond to and complete assigned work orders promptly.
• Accurately document all work orders within one working day of completion.
• Identify maintenance issues and take appropriate corrective action.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment in all assigned facilities.
• Collaborate with coworkers, facility managers, supervisory staff, and residents.
• Respond to special assignments and emergency maintenance needs as required.
• Perform other duties related to facility maintenance as assigned.
