International Paper in Rome, GA is seeking an Area Process Manager, Utilities to direct daily operations of the Power and Recovery areas. You will coordinate maintenance outages and support the Utilities Business Unit Manager to keep a safe, well-run operation with engaged staff.

You will lead safety, housekeeping, and cost-control initiatives while ensuring reliable production across the Pulp Mill, Lime Kiln, Recycle Plant and Woodyard areas. Strong leadership and technical skills required.

Qualificações

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years related experience; Pulp/Paper experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership position.
• Experience coordinating shutdowns and supervising people.

Responsabilidades

• Set and maintain high standards in Safety; lead by example and engage crew.
• Establish housekeeping standards; inspect and hold operators accountable.
• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities and outages with supervision.
• Direct and supervise daily operations and assigned crews.
• Schedule and plan monthly and annual maintenance outages.
• Plan and execute all capital projects and manage costs.
• Provide technical support to resolve operational problems in Utilities.
