Alfred Benesch & Company in Utah is seeking a senior Transportation Project Manager to lead strategic growth and client relationships. This seller-doer will balance technical excellence with leadership, delivering complex transportation projects across the state.

You will recruit and mentor staff, build a Utah practice, win work, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and collaborate with regional teams to expand Benesch's presence while maintaining local autonomy.

Competenze

• BS in Civil Engineering or similar degree required.
• PE License.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of Utah project delivery.
• Progressive experience in developing client relationships and winning work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, business development, project management and client relations skills.
• Ability to recruit new talent.

Mansioni

• Immediate contribution to contracted backlog.
• Developing junior staff providing design and construction phase services.
• Manage scope, schedule, budgets, and resources for multiple projects.
• Contribute to local, regional, and corporate strategic growth initiatives.
• Assemble competent project communications including meeting minutes, technical documents, and reports.
• Assume responsibility for design calculation files and QC reviews.
• Develop and oversee task work plans for Engineers, Designers, Inspectors and Technologists.
