Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in transportation project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, management, and delivery of multiple transportation projects within scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for new business.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure high-quality project delivery through QA/QC reviews.
• Support growth initiatives to shape the Utah regional practice and recruit talent.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
