Benesch is expanding in Utah and seeks a Roadway Project Engineer to join our transportation design team. The role focuses on planning, engineering design, and construction of transportation infrastructure for public agencies.

You will prepare, review, and refine plans, specs, and estimates while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil Engineering, strong communication, and experience with MicroStation/ORD.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or higher is required.
• Experience with transportation design and plan development is preferred.
• Utah PE license or ability to obtain is preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop detailed designs of urban and rural roadways from preliminary to final design.
• Collaborate with team members, communities, and stakeholders to define data needs and outputs.
• Prepare and review plans, specifications, cost estimates, and pay items.
• Mentor and supervise technical staff assigned to projects.
• Manage project documentation and support proposal development.
• Assist Project Managers in delivering projects.
