Job summary

Dominio Logistic, based in St. Thomas, USVI, seeks a USVI Deputy Terminal Manager to support the Terminal Manager in safety, operations and into-plane fueling activities, ensuring uninterrupted receipt, storage, quality control and delivery of products while enforcing standards and company policies.

The role requires leading shifts, coordinating tank transfers and maintenance, participating in emergency drills, and ensuring compliance with MAESTRO principles and federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in terminal/operations roles in oil/pharma or related industries.
• Proven supervisory, written and spoken communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.
• Experience in safety, regulatory compliance and maintenance programs is preferred.
• Valid driving license (no endorsements) and ability to work in a high-regulation environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Terminal Manager in safety, security, health, quality and environmental expectations.
• Lead shift rotations and coordinate operations at terminal and into-plane facilities.
• Oversee maintenance programs and asset reliability for terminal facilities and refueler fleet.
• Coordinate product transfers between tanks and supervise tank dipping for inventory reconciliation.
• Participate in emergency drills and act as member of Emergency Response Teams.
