Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Mid-Level Integration Engineer for an on-site role in San Diego, CA. You will verify, test, troubleshoot, and debug software controlling Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) and support development and operations environments.

The position requires up to 10% travel for installation or field support. Strong Python, Selenium, Docker, and RHEL experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• AA Degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience.
• 1+ year testing software or in related tech roles.
• Proficient in Python scripting and automation; familiar with Bash.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to debug and verify software product functionality.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python and Selenium.
• Design and develop simulation programs using Python to validate performance.
• Deploy and manage Docker containers on Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Automate processes with Bash scripts and maintain documentation.
• Participate in hands-on integration and testing on-site and remotely.
