Job summary

SAIC seeks a Software Systems Integration SME to provide senior technical leadership for software development, integration, and deployment in complex environments. You will collaborate with senior leaders, software teams, systems engineers, integration teams, and stakeholders to evaluate needs, set objectives, prioritize backlogs, and deliver capabilities at scale.

This onsite San Diego role requires DevSecOps and AGILE expertise across architecture design, PoC development, and rapid capability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 9+ years experience, or Master's with 7+ years.
U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance to start; TS/SCI eligibility after start.
Extensive experience in software engineering, systems integration, and lifecycle management.
Experience leading DevSecOps and Agile software development environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the software development and integration lifecycle for resilient software and web applications.
Collaborate with senior leaders and engineering teams to evaluate needs, define objectives, and prioritize backlogs.
Design, develop, integrate, and implement software solutions using modern DevSecOps practices, SOA, and microservices.
Prototype and transition PoCs to production use; evaluate emerging capabilities.
Ensure interoperability by integrating applications, data services, and supporting systems.
