Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and at least 3 years of systems engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for field assignments, including shipboard operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and maintain technical manuals and test documentation.
• Execute and validate procedures in lab, SWEF, and shipboard environments.
• Install, configure, and test software in lab environments; troubleshoot issues and document results.
• Support fleet readiness activities and ISEA objectives.
• Participate in weekly project meetings and prepare presentations.
• Travel for CONUS/OCONUS assignments as required.
