A leading nonprofit substance use treatment provider in Chicago seeks an Adult and Adolescent Staff Therapist to provide therapy services to individuals involved with the justice system. The role includes individual and group therapy, case management, and compliance with US Probation Office requirements. Position offers flexible scheduling and focuses on harm reduction. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical skills and a commitment to serving diverse communities.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability and strong interest in working with clients involved in criminal justice system.
• Understanding and commitment to Harm Reduction and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Working knowledge of alcohol and drug pharmacology and treatment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients.
• Maintain necessary documentation and compliance with USPO program requirements.
• Participate in USPO specific meetings/trainings.
