Job summary

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system seeking a clinician to provide psychotherapy for adults, teens, and children in Marion, IL. The role involves evaluation, individual and group therapy, and collaboration with a clinical team.

The candidate should be licensed-eligible and actively pursuing licensure, with 3–5 years of behavioral health experience preferred. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
• Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
• Must be licensed eligible and actively working toward acquisition of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation and psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children.
• Supervise student interns as needed.
• Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with referral sources and community partners.
