Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mental health/substance abuse experience required.
• CADC certification preferred; must obtain within two years if not held at hire.
• Ability to empathize with clients and work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial screenings and assessments and document in EMR.
• Facilitate education groups and lead discussions; document progress.
• Develop and update Treatment Plans; manage recovery plans in EMR.
• Provide client-centered recovery planning and weekly progress reviews.
• Link clients to wrap-around services and community resources.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team in weekly staffing.
