Recovery Centers of America seeks an Outpatient SUD Primary Therapist split between Rolling Meadows and St. Charles. Responsibilities include leading virtual and in-person therapy, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans within PHP/IOP/GOP levels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Licensure in state (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) is required.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct intake biopsychosocial assessments and document in RCA EHR (Avatar).
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI) and psychoeducation.
• Discuss MAT options with clients when appropriate and coordinate care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and RCA policies.
