Qualifications

• Qualified Pharm.D. or B.Pharm required.
• Residency training preferred.
• At least 3 years of clinical/pharmacy experience.
• Minimum 1 year hospital experience or residency plus 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead USP compliance and sterile compounding operations.
• Maintain drug information resources and ensure accuracy.
• Provide supervision and support across assigned areas.
