Orderly Wellness seeks a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee the preparation and verification of sterile medications in line with USP 797 and state regulations. You will work with technicians, quality staff, and leadership to maintain compliant sterile operations and drive quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Verify and oversee the preparation of sterile compounded medications in accordance with USP 797 and applicable regulations.
• Ensure proper aseptic technique and adherence to sterile procedures.
• Perform final product verification, including review of formulations, labeling, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate compounding records and batch documentation.
• Participate in environmental monitoring, quality assurance programs, and sterility testing review.
• Assist with deviation investigations, CAPA development, and quality event documentation.
• Supervise sterile compounding technicians and ensure adherence to sterile procedures.
• Monitor compliance with garbing procedures, aseptic technique, and cleanroom protocols.
