Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking a Sterile Compounding Coordinator to lead the organization’s sterile compounding program across locations, ensuring safe and compliant medication preparation and adherence to USP, board, and accreditation standards.

The role directs IV-room workflow, cleanroom practices, training, documentation, and quality assurance while partnering with Pharmacy leadership, Quality, Infection Prevention, and IT to advance safety and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Missouri pharmacist licensure upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead sterile compounding program across locations.
• Oversee quality management for CSPs and compliance.
• Provide direction to pharmacists and technicians in sterile compounding.
