Job summary

Legends Global/accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, WA is seeking an Usher/Ticket Taker to greet guests, scan tickets, and guide them to their seats during events.

This part-time role requires excellent customer service, the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced venue, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided, and you will be part of a team delivering safe, enjoyable experiences for thousands of guests.

Qualifications

  • On-the-job training will be provided.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to assist guests with a variety of needs.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team during busy events.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for the duration of a shift (typically 6–8 hours).
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, including potential exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event days as scheduled.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests who may be separated from their group, including helping reunite lost children with their families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation when needed, including incident reports and lost-and-found logs.
  • Help create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest attending the event.

Position Summary

Benefits
  • Eligibility to participate in our 401(k) program after one year and 1,000 hours of service.
  • Holiday shifts paid at time and a half.
  • Sick time accrual at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, usable in 2-hour increments or more.
  • Employees (and eligible family members) may qualify for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits after completing 1,560 hours within a 365-day period.
