What we are looking for:

• Flexible availability, including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to industry demands
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-driven setting
• Passion for delivering top-tier hospitality and food service
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 35 lbs, perform hands-on tasks, and work in a theatre environment with varying noise levels
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or fast food settings, or as a cashier, host, greeter, ticket seller, or door person is a plus but not required. Ideal for someone starting their career.

What you will be doing:

• Greeting guests, completing transactions, processing loyalty sign-ups, and expressing appreciation
• Operating point-of-sale systems accurately and managing cash, tickets, and change securely
• Enforcing theatre policies, including curfew rules and movie rating restrictions
• Promoting sales through upselling, suggestive selling, and product sampling
• Providing and operating assistive movie-going equipment as needed
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked box office and performing routine upkeep tasks
• Addressing guest questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
• Supporting company standards and assisting with tasks assigned by management

Pay Estimate: $15.00/hour
