Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a User Support - InfoLink professional to drive end-user adoption of Crown InfoLink products. You will plan and deliver training, develop best practices, and manage support processes for successful implementations.

The role involves extensive travel (over 20%) and requires an Associate degree in a related field, strong computer skills and customer-focused experience in lift truck industry.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience
• Must have valid driving privileges
• Extensive travel & overnight stays (over 20%)
• Associate degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
• Advanced computer skills or aptitude, interpersonal skills and customer support field experience in the lift truck industry are desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the retail network to provide web-user and operator trainer training.

• Analyze Crown InfoLink data and make recommendations on action steps.
• Participate in sales calls and demos to the extent that it relates to the after sale support.
• Quote, sell, and provide Crown InfoLink support services.
