Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation in Ohio is seeking a qualified professional to drive end-user adoption of Crown InfoLink products. You will help customers develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures, and prepare them for successful implementations through planning, training and managed support processes.

You will develop and support the retail network with training for web-user and operator training, deliver business reviews, and consult with end users on sustaining use

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience.
• Must have valid driving privileges.
• Extensive travel & overnight stays (over 20%).
• Associate degree in Electronics, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Advanced computer skills or aptitude, interpersonal skills and customer support field experience in the lift truck industry are desired.
