Job summary

The Crown Equipment Corporation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service representative to handle inbound sales inquiries by phone, email, or mail and to provide information while pre-qualifying leads for the appropriate salesperson or department.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, logging and tracking call information, following up on leads, and participating in local or field trainings with occasional visits to the New Bremen corporate headquarters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment are necessary.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Completion of background check, drug screen & physical required.
