Based in the United States, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and summarize wearables research, driving protocol improvements and study efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on proctor research experience with wearables.
• Requires 6-month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products.
• Requires management experience within a research team.
• Background in Human Factors Research or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage & Develop the Proctor Team — Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors.
• Uphold Data Integrity — Monitor data quality across study sessions.
• Plan & Execute Research — Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies for wearable products.
• Develop & Approve Protocols — Lead protocol development and approvals.
• Collect & Analyze Data — Oversee data collection and surface insights.
• Communicate Findings — Deliver clear feedback to teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally — Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy studies.

Client has a need of urgent support for User Study Proctor Team Lead in Cupertino and Austin.

Must-have: Proctor research experience, prior 6-month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products, Manager experience, Human Factors Research Background.

• Manage & Develop the Proctor Team — Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors, ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocols
• Uphold Data Integrity — Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions, ensuring rigorous standards are met
• Plan & Execute Research — Design, implement, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products
• Develop & Approve Protocols — Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals
• Collect & Analyze Data — Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results
• Communicate Findings — Deliver clear, concise, and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally — Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize research studies effectively
