My3Tech is seeking a User Study Proctor Team Lead to oversee a team in Cupertino and Austin. The role requires proctor research experience, a 6-month Apple Black/Ultra products tenure, and prior management experience. You will guide study design, ensure data quality, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Based in the United States, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and summarize wearables research, driving protocol improvements and study efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on proctor research experience with wearables.
• Requires 6-month tenure working with Apple Black or Ultra Products.
• Requires management experience within a research team.
• Background in Human Factors Research or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage & Develop the Proctor Team — Lead, mentor, and train a team of VMS user study proctors.
• Uphold Data Integrity — Monitor data quality across study sessions.
• Plan & Execute Research — Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies for wearable products.
• Develop & Approve Protocols — Lead protocol development and approvals.
• Collect & Analyze Data — Oversee data collection and surface insights.
• Communicate Findings — Deliver clear feedback to teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally — Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy studies.
