Job summary

Think Academy in Silicon Valley is seeking a User Conversion & Operations Specialist to understand the needs of U.S. K–12 families and drive growth through parent engagement, course conversion, and user operations.

You will start with frontline parent communication and course conversion, then expand to cross-subject enrollment, referral programs, and community engagement, owning conversion outcomes and building scalable SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Mandarin proficiency required; English proficiency required.
• Strong user communication and proactive outreach.
• Goal-oriented with ownership of conversion targets.
• Willingness to work on-site in Silicon Valley long-term.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents to understand needs and drive course conversion.
• Develop community operations and identify cross-subject enrollment opportunities.
• Plan and execute parent engagement programs and track metrics.
• Design user journeys to move families toward enrollment with timely follow-up.
