Job summary

Think Academy U.S. is seeking a User Growth & Operations Specialist to drive parent engagement, course conversion, and user operations within the U.S. K-12 context.

The role focuses on frontline parent communication, conversion of trial classes, and gradually expanding to community operations and referrals. You will collaborate with families and internal teams to segment by grade and subject, design targeted outreach, and track engagement metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Native or near-native Chinese communication and professional English proficiency.
• Strong user communication skills with proactive outreach and follow-up.
• High ownership mindset with clear conversion and operational targets.
• Ability to learn quickly and execute in ambiguous situations.
• Basic data literacy to evaluate and improve performance.
• On-site work in Silicon Valley required, Mandarin proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents to understand learning needs and driver decisions.
• Recommend courses, drive trial bookings and enrollment, and follow up on concerns.
• Own conversion outcomes: trials, attendance, and long-term enrollment.
• Identify growth opportunities across Math, ELA, and other programs.
• Design outreach and pathways for referrals and cross-subject enrollment.
• Plan and run parent communities and engagement activities.
