Job summary

Think Academy US in San Jose is seeking a User Growth & Operations Specialist to drive growth by engaging U.S. K–12 families through targeted parent communication, course conversion, and hands-on user operations.

The role blends frontline outreach with strategic initiatives such as cross-subject enrollment, referrals, and community programs, requiring Mandarin proficiency, strong English, and a proactive ownership mindset to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Native or near-native Chinese communication skills and professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong user communication skills with proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Strong goal orientation and results ownership with responsibility for conversion targets.
• Basic data literacy to evaluate performance using user feedback.
• Ability to work on-site in Silicon Valley long-term; Mandarin proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents to understand student needs, performance, and factors influencing decisions.
• Recommend courses based on user needs and drive trial bookings and enrollments.
• Follow up with prospective families to address concerns about learning outcomes, scheduling, and pricing.
• Own key conversion outcomes: trial bookings, attendance, and enrollment.
• Identify recurring user needs and objections to continuously improve communication and conversion SOPs.
• Develop understanding of families to identify cross-subject enrollment and referral opportunities.
• Plan and execute parent communities and engagement programs; track related metrics.
