Job summary

• 7+ years of hands‑on UX Research (research specifically, not general UX or visual design) as an individual contributor.
• Stakeholder management with project teams, PMs, and business venture managers. This is the HM’s top must-have.
• Usability testing. The HM ranked this above Figma for day one.
• Qualitative research: interviews, research plans, UX plans, and synthesis.
• Figma used properly, plus an understanding of design systems. Can build prototypes, workflows, and user journeys.
• Bachelor’s in HCI or a related field (HM stated required, confirm).
• Available onsite 40 hrs/week at the Spring campus, with a start on 11/9.
• Portfolio showing research work.

Nice to Have

• O&G business acumen.
• SAP experience.
• Power BI.
• Experience with vendor app or SaaS configuration and upgrades.
• Picks up business processes quickly and works well under tight deadlines.
