Job summary

Indotronix Avani Group is seeking a User Experience Researcher to support AI Experiences by conducting user research, validating solutions, and delivering insights for product and experience decisions.

You will partner with Product, Technology, Design, and business stakeholders to identify user needs and inform strategy throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong research, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Experience working with product, technology, and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Science, Design Research, or related field; equivalent practical experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct UX research activities including interviews, surveys, usability testing, workshops, and concept validation.
• Facilitate stakeholder, discovery, and design thinking workshops to identify needs, align teams, and explore solution opportunities.
• Analyze findings and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and research summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support customer-centered decision making through evidence-based recommendations.
• Independently conduct research activities while supporting the UX lead with planning, recruitment, facilitation, analysis, and synthesis.

Position Summary:

• The UX Researcher will support strategic customer and employee experience initiatives focused on emerging digital capabilities, artificial intelligence, and customer-centered product development. This role will partner with Product, Technology, Design, and business stakeholders to identify user needs, validate solutions, and deliver insights that inform product and experience decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Science, Design Research, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred. Without an associate’s degree, at least 4 years’ experience is required; with a HS Diploma/GED, at least 6 years’ experience is required.

• Experience with digital products, customer experience, or emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products and services.
