Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions seeks a User Experience Researcher to advance AI experiences. The role partners with Product, Technology, Design and business stakeholders to identify user needs, validate solutions, and deliver insights that drive product decisions.

You will plan and conduct interviews, surveys, usability tests, and workshops, and produce personas, journey maps, and research summaries to support cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong research, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Experience working with product, technology, and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Without an associates degree, at least 4 years experience is required; with HS Diploma/GED, at least 6 years experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct UX research activities including interviews, surveys, usability testing, workshops, and concept validation.
• Facilitate stakeholder, discovery, and design thinking workshops to identify needs, align teams, and explore solution opportunities.
• Analyze findings and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and research summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support customer-centered decision making through evidence-based recommendations.
• Independently conduct research activities while also supporting the UX lead with research planning, participant recruitment, facilitation, analysis, and synthesis efforts.

Preferred Experience
