Job summary

PSG Global Solutions in Gahanna, OH is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to support customer and employee experience initiatives focused on emerging digital capabilities and AI-driven product development. The contract role is onsite at Gahanna, OH, for 12 months with potential extension.

You will conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and workshops; create personas and journey maps; analyze findings and present actionable insights to stakeholders across Product, Technology,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in UX Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Science, Design Research, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional UX Research experience.
• Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Strong research, synthesis, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working with Product, Technology, Design, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Equivalent experience may be considered: 4+ years ofrelevant experience without an associate degree, or 6+ years with a highschool diploma/GED.

• Experienceworking with Product, Technology, Design, and business stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experiencewith digital products, customer experience, or emerging technologies.
