Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced UX PM to support project planning and deliverable management across multiple projects. You will work closely with UX team members to create project timelines, track progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The role requires 5-7 years of Project Management experience, preferably in Design or UX. Compensation ranges from $60 to $75 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) contributions.

Responsibilities

• Track UX timelines and project delivery.
• Create Project Kick-off materials and facilitate kick-off meetings.
• Develop and drive high-level project milestones and detailed project plan.
• Assist in managing project backlogs, participating in sprint planning and grooming.
• Clear communication of project plans, status, and critical issues to stakeholders.
• Assist project to completion through defined stage gates, deliverables, and approvals.
• Remove roadblocks by identifying issues early and proactively finding solutions.

Must be able to travel to Chicago monthly. Client will pay for travel expenses.

The UX PM will support project planning and deliverable management across multiple projects. Works with UX team members to create project timelines and monitors progress of UX deliverables. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, business stakeholders and IT delivery PMs.

Pay Range: $60-$75 / hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
