Задачи

• Own and execute user acquisition strategy across multiple mobile games
• Manage and scale campaigns across AppLovin, Unity, Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and DSPs
• Optimize ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention, and overall campaign profitability
• Lead budget allocation, performance analysis, and scaling decisions
• Collaborate with the Creative team on testing and optimization
• Combine strategic leadership with hands-on campaign management

Требования

• 5+ Years of experience in mobile gaming
• User Acquisition
• Proven experience scaling casual, hybrid-casual, or other F2P mobile games
• Strong hands-on expertise with AppLovin, Unity, Meta, and Google Ads
• Deep understanding of ROAS, LTV, retention, cohort analysis, and monetization (IAA/IAP)
• Proven track record of profitable campaign scaling
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• English B2+
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
