Требуется опыт работы с AppsFlyer/Adjust, знание русскоязычного рынка и высокий уровень владения Excel/BI инструментами. Ожидается знание английского не ниже B2 и готовность к работе в условиях международной команды.

Qualifications

Опыт работы в роли User Acquisition Manager в игровой индустрии.
Практический опыт в Facebook Ads, Google Ads и TikTok.
Опыт работы с мобильной атрибуцией и AppsFlyer или Adjust.
Умение анализировать метрики эффективности рекламы (ROI, ROAS, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV).
Опыт управления рекламными кампаниями с бюджетами свыше $300 000 в месяц.
Продвинутый уровень Excel или Google Sheets и BI-инструменты (Tableau).
Знание российского рынка и английского языка на уровне как минимум B2.
Опыт автоматизации UA-процессов и A/B-тестирования.

Responsibilities

Управлять международными мобильными проектами с бюджетами, начиная с $300 000 в месяц.
Разрабатывать и внедрять методологии для работы с новыми типами таргетинга.
Планировать, запускать и управлять рекламными кампаниями для достижения KPI.
Генерировать и тестировать гипотезы для улучшения эффективности кампаний.
Автоматизировать рутинные задачи в процессах закупок.
Сотрудничать с креативной командой для идентификации сигналов на источнике трафика.
Поддерживать эффективную коммуникацию с представителями источников трафика.

Задачи:

Manage international mobile projects with budgets starting at $300,000 per month
Develop and implement methodologies for working with new types of targeting
Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns to meet KPIs
Generate and test hypotheses to improve campaign performance
Automate routine tasks in the procurement process
Collaborate with the creative team to identify signals at the traffic source
Maintain effective communication with traffic source representatives

Требования:

Proven experience as a User Acquisition Manager in the gaming industry
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok
Experience with mobile attribution fundamentals and AppsFlyer or Adjust
Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics, including ROI, ROAS, ARPU, ARPPU, and LTV, and ability to analyze and optimize large datasets
Solid knowledge of unit economics and its application to advertising strategies
Proven experience managing and scaling advertising campaigns with budgets exceeding $300,000 per month
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and BI tools such as Tableau
Expertise in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
Experience with UA automation tools and automating parts of the user acquisition process
Strong grasp of A/B testing, from experiment design to results analysis
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Knowledge of Russian
