Responsibilities

• Настройка, запуск и оптимизация рекламных кампаний (Meta, TikTok, Google и пр.) для продвижения мобильных приложений.
• Контроль бюджета и достижение продуктовых и показательных целей.
• Проведение A/B тестирований и быстрая валидация гипотез.
• Оценка эффективности кампаний и мониторинг ключевых метрик продукта.
• Разработка концепций креатива и подготовка брифов для команды.
• Тесное взаимодействие с партнерами, креативной и продуктовой командами.

• Set up, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to promote mobile apps
• Manage budgets to achieve product and performance goals
• Run A/B tests and iterate quickly on a large number of hypotheses
• Evaluate campaign performance and monitor key product metrics
• Collaborate on ad creative concepts and prepare briefs for the creative team
• Work closely with partners, creative, and product teams
• Analyze user acquisition funnels and optimize for key in-app events

• Proven experience in mobile app advertising via Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads
• Successful track record with funnels
• Strong analytical skills experience with Appsflyer
• Experience with cohort analysis

• The initial pay level or pay range for this role will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process and before the commencement of employment
