Job summary

Grubbs Family of Dealerships seeks a skilled Preowned Automotive Technician to inspect, recondition, and service our used vehicle inventory. Your work ensures quality, safety, and value on every vehicle we put on the front line.

You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues across multiple makes, complete safety inspections, document repairs clearly, and help keep reconditioning timelines tight in a well-equipped shop that offers paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience across multiple brands.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• ASE certifications a plus.
• Own a basic set of tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough used-vehicle inspections and reconditioning to front-line-ready standard.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across multiple makes and models.
• Complete safety inspections and any CPO requirements to the letter.
• Document repairs clearly and communicate condition to management.
