Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive sales and management.
• In-depth knowledge of the used vehicle market and pricing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using automotive software and CRM systems (CDK, FirstLook, eLeads).

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the used vehicle department to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain an effective inventory by sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing used vehicles.
• Determine pricing strategies based on market trends and vehicle conditions.
• Ensure all vehicles are inspected and reconditioned to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales campaigns.
• Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer service.
• Track and analyze department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
