Qualifications

• No dealership experience required; we will train.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the showroom or sales lot and offer assistance.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to responses.
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to prospects.
• Describe optional equipment available for purchase.
• Build rapport with customers and conduct vehicle presentations.
• Demonstrate new/used vehicles in a professional, knowledgeable manner.
• Learn to overcome objections and close sales per company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
