Peterson Cat is seeking a Used Equipment Sales Administrator to support the Used Equipment department at either Hillsboro, OR or San Leandro, CA. The role includes paperwork, data entry, asset photos, pricing, and posting to CATUSED.com, with occasional travel and closer collaboration with Marketing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of three years of related equipment sales experience, preferably in a heavy industrial environment.
• Caterpillar dealer background is preferred.
• Knowledge of Dealer Business System (DBS) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist Used Equipment department with paperwork and data entry for used equipment purchases and trade-ins.
• Complete, monitor, and track NTIs (Need to Locate) for used equipment assets and liaise with Used Equipment Department.
• Collect and upload pictures for used equipment assets into the company database.
• Ensure all assets have advertised pricing and apply price adjustments as directed by management.
• Post all available used equipment assets to CATUSED.com with pictures and accurate information.
• Coordinate hauling for used sales, transfers, and demos/loaners.
• Maintain complete and accurate records on used equipment assets in inventory.
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide information for regular publications and promotions.
• Travel occasionally to meet with team members, attend training, and perform other essential functions.
