Job summary

Luthermazda in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Used Car Technician to join our high-volume shop. You will perform repair work, test-drive vehicles, and diagnose automotive systems to ensure quality and safety.

This fast-paced, team-oriented environment offers weekday schedules, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Background checks are part of our employment process.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive background required.
• Strong teamwork skills required.
• Willing to submit to a background check.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed services and estimate time for additional repairs.

We are seeking experienced Technicians to join our team. Our high volume shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere! Our small team structures allow for flexible scheduling, ongoing training and plenty of work to share. OEM certifications are encouraged!

$24-$40/hour (Incentive-Based)

Monday Thru Friday - NO WEEKENDS !!!

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
